Jonathan Says No War Over Election

President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria says the country won't go to war over the election, guaranteeing Nigerians that he is focused on guaranteeing that the Election will be free, fair and credible. 

The President put forth the expression at a presidential media visit hung on Wednesday. 

He denounced the abnormal state of mudslinging lawmakers have embraced in their crusades and communicated positive thinking that the decisions would be tranquil. 

President Jonathan further focused on that the shift in the date of the decision was not about him yet about the need to hold a dependable election in the country, accentuating that he was not counseled on the race deferment. 

"We will have a tranquil election. I am certain that the military and other security organizations will give required security amid the decisions. Nigeria won't go to war over decisions." 

Amid the visit, the President gave affirmation that the more than 200 young ladies kidnapped from a Government Secondary School in Chibok would be safeguarded.
